KnowNet Weaver is an online information technology tool-kit to assist individuals and communities based in developing countries to develop their websites and host their content on the Internet free-of-charge or at a minimal cost. The aim is to catalyse knowledge networking for those do not have the financial capacity and the means (such as credit cards) to pay for tools required to host content on the Internet.
