Under direct supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, the Product Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of personnel involved in performing internal field operations of the Company Area.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare Personal Plan of action for effective and efficient workflow;
Provides inputs in business plan development manual and revision;
Coordinate in taking care of the product manual and ensuring that the new products and the refined products are incorporated in proper way into the manual;
Coordinate in report on market trend of product performance for both the institution and competitors in the industry;
Coordinate in initiating and making recommendations on potential new product development to management to ensure the fulfillment of the target clientsí current demands, the contribution to the institutionís vision and mission, and the competitive position of the institution in the market;
Coordinate in the development of new products, in consultation with operations team and other stakeholders, to ensure the meet clientís demands in compliance with the governmentís laws and regulations as well as the institutionís vision and mission;
Manage and motivate all staff under supervision to word toward goals, and coordinate a regular meeting of product development committee to reinforce a quick process of an effective decision making on products and services;
Coordinate in ensuring efficient and effective logistic arrangement such as determination of survey locations and identification of research pool for the report for all research projects;
Work with other related legal institutions lawyers and advisors to legalize all product is well developed to Thaneakea Phum (Cambodia) Ltd;
Coordinate in ensuring the close work between research and product development team and business development team to develop marketing strategy, program, and materials for both existing and new developed products;
Build, Coordinate, and maintain critical relationship with the institutionís staff, other MFIs, and Stakeholders;
Develop new financial products and business procedures, following current market opportunities, banking regulation and some business processes.
Bachelorís or Masterís Degree in Marketing, finance and banking, or related fields;
Three years of experience in product or business development with banking industry;
Have a good interpersonal skill, hard working, honest, and healthy;
Must have strong numeric, analytical, and pleasant personality;
Excellent financial, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills;
Experience and expertise with computerized databases SPSS and MIS systems;
Accuracy, attention to details, initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills; and
Interest in traveling to work in the rural area.
